Our work always starts with the concrete questions and challenges the group is facing — and from there, we connect three key areas:

1.   Community Organizing: Practical tools &  transformative strategies

2.  Transformation: Intersectional empowerment & anti-oppression education

3.  Regeneration: healing and long-term organizing strategies

Some of the questions we support groups in:

How do we center the perspectives and agency of the most affected?
How can we grow and become more diverse?
What’s our plan to win—and how do we adapt it to changing situations?
How can we transform intersectional power structures within ourselves, our groups and society?
How do we deal constructively with conflict?
How do we work with the press & media?
How can we stay active for the long term and take care of ourselves in the process?

Our methods are interactive, experiential and somatic. We view the diverse experiences of participants as key sources of knowledge. Learning in diverse groups is something we see as both a major asset and a necessity for strong social movements. Our methods reflect this approach — and they were developed and/or adapted within the context of social movements.

For now, our center is nomadic, operating in various locations. In the future, we hope to create a permanent space where we can welcome you.
