Tashy Endres
Trainer, Organizer & Facilitator

Tashy Endres is a trainer and community organizer with 20 years of experience in social movements - including the Landless Movement in Buenos Aires, Occupy Wall Street in New York, the tenant initiative Kotti & Co in Berlin and served as the training coordinator for the European Community Organizing Network (ECON). Tashy is a co-founder of the AG Starthilfe organizing group within Deutsche Wohnen & Co Enteignen and the Kiezprojekt. She is a certified trainer in Social Justice & Radical Diversity Education, Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), a trained mediator and a practitioner of trauma-sensitive mindfulness.

Sam Corbin
Trainer, Facilitator & Movement Strategist

Sam Corbin is a trainer, facilitator, and movement strategist. She’s from the Bronx, New York, and is occasionally based in Germany. For over 20 years, Sam has been active in social movements, including Occupy Wall Street, Occupy Sandy, and the Climate Justice Alliance. She co-founded the Wildfire Project training collective, Movement NetLab, and the New York Action Network. She has led training initiatives for thousands of activists / organizers and coordinated hundreds of community actions. Sam’s focus is on regenerative and transformative movement infrastructure and culture.

Enyong Küsgen
Facilitator & Project Coordinator

Enyong Küsgen is a resource oriented coach and brings 15 years of experience as a coordinator and advisor in political and cultural education and international cooperation. She supports groups and organizations in building structures and workflows that match their needs, resources and goals. She studied cultural management and is currently studying somatic work. A key focus of her work is the exploration of individual and collective well-being as a foundation for sustainable collaboration.

Georgios Thodos
Organizer & Trainer

Georgios Thodos is a social worker, trainer, and community organizer who has been active in Berlin’s tenant movement for over 10 years. He is part of the core group of the tenant initiative Kotti & Co in Berlin and one of the founding members of the “AG Starthilfe” within Deutsche Wohnen & Co Enteignen. Georgios has years of experience in political education in union contexts and was active in the labor solidarity movement with Greece, organizing and facilitating educational trips and international strategy meetings. His main focus is leadership development in community organizations - especially with people who have lived experience of poverty and/or migration.

Lakshmi Thevasagayam
Medical Doctor, Trainer & Community Organizer

Lakshmi Thevasagayam is a licensed physician, trainer, and community organizer for environmental justice and anti-racism. She served as press spokesperson for Lützerath Lebt and as an organizer in the hospital workers’ movement and with the initiative #WirFahrenZusammen. Currently she is supporting civil society organizing agains the far right. Lakshmi also specializes in media work and shaping public narratives around racism, class relations, and ecological struggles, including with the collective wort.wechsel.
